A Story of My Success

I realized this when I was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 19 and completing my graduation. I come from a middle-class farmer family from a small village in Kolhapur. We all take things for granted in life, and “life” is one of them. I realized its value…when I was going through Chemotherapy myself and seeing people like me struggling for life while I was hospitalized. I was going through a very challenging phase but did not stop my studies and successfully completed my degree in Bachler of Science.
As I was coming back to life, and with god’s grace, finally I tied the knot with my love and we settled down in Pune. As you all are aware Pune is a big city, also known as one of the biggest IT hubs of India. With life coming back on track now, I started thinking about my career. Although, I was new in the City and I came from a small village, I always wanted to do something on my own. I never wanted to do the (9-5?) job as others but something different…at that time I was not sure what I’ll be doing exactly, but was very sure I’ll be try to do something different than others Finally, I decided to do something in Information Technologies and first step I took towards it was to do a course of Web Designing and started my career as a Web Designer. I was full-time freelancer in web designing and slowly started getting projects through bidding websites and LinkedIn Network. I learned to manage so many things on my own.
“But, life is never a fairytail.. right? We can say it is incomplete without ups and downs. But there is only one formula to keep going that is ACCEPT IT, FACE IT AND FIGHT FOR IT!!”
Everything was going well as planned and was prefect for me, and then “LIFE” Life took a sharp turn, turn which literally shakes you up.. awake you from your dreams Sometimes we just cant imagine what destiny is going to put us in.. After 9 years I was again diagnosed with the same scary, cruel , Cancer. When I thought it was going all planned, It was recurrence of that same disease. I have never thought it will return like this and at this phase of life. But we can’t predict our future, life is not always Roses and Rainbows. I was traumatized and devastated by this unexpected news. My husband and entire family was in shock. It felt like Life was completely changed for me in a moment, from heaven to Misery. But yes,I am lucky to have such a understanding and supportive family. My husband and my family were my strongest pillar during this extremely painful and tough phase, without my husband and them being there for me, I wouldn’t have survived and stood up again.This phase of life and my journey through motherhood made me much more stronger than before.
After recovering, Slowly and steadily I have again started my work (with same passion!) and met many people through networking and established successful virtual team. We worked together, took efforts and delivered many web and mobile applications successfully during COVID. Exactly in this way with lot of efforts and along with expert professionals, we have built “Digital Techists Consulting”- My Dream Team.
